TERMS OF SERVICE

1. FrontScalp-A1, MidScalp-A2 and CrownScalp-A3 are the Front, Mid & Vertex of Patient’s Bald Area.

2. Follicles suggested in respective area are subject to donor availability.

3. Booking Fee or any payment done against any service or product, once paid is non-refundable under any condition.

4. Any Complimentary Service or Product at any point cannot be adjusted or refunded against the said unit or with some other person

5. Any type of Treatment has a Due Date mentioned in the Invoice, They need to be completed during those days. In case its going beyond the Said DueDate, you have to pay the full amount of the procedure and it can be increased for a year.

6. PRP, RPPL, Laser or any such Sessions based treatments needs a regular schedule decided by the doctor. If the schedule is not followed, the result chances are Less. If schedule are not followed, the Session cost will also be VOID.

7. Any Complimentary Treatment/Product PRP/Laser session of any treatment should be availed within max 6 months from your Invoice Date. They will be Null & Void post 6 months.

8. The Procedure of any sort in invoice mentioned is not transferable for any other service or to any other person.

9. In case of any plan change or delay in procedure, customers has to make the balance payment on or before the invoice due date and can then schedule/ postpone procedure date by 45 days from the due date of invoice.
